In the following weeks the SSMU Judicial Board will be hearing the case Bangs v Calver concerning the 2012 Arts
Undergraduate Society Winter Referendum Period, the results of which were announced to members of the Society on April 13 2012. If you are a student group or organization that may have an interest in the outcome of the case, you can apply to become an intervenor to present arguments during the hearing. You have until Friday, August 3rd 5PM to apply to become an intervenor by email jboard@ssmu.mcgill.ca. More information on the case is available upon request.
